PTA Meeting: Wednesday, September 18th, 2019 @ 6:00PM

The PTA will hold its first meeting, welcoming members new and old to the organization. We will present the newly elected board, past budget scope and fundraising initiatives, establish committees to:

• 1) support ongoing enrichment programs in the school
• 2) support the November Election Day fundraiser and establish a business outreach group
• 3) assess target goals and course direction for the PTA over the course of the year

Additionally, we will be discussing and brainstorming new initiatives to help improve overall communication and interaction between the PTA and community, responsiveness to the needs of students, parents and teachers and also how we intend to continue making more resources available to the school community. Finally, any other topics that members wish to broach will be addressed accordingly.

All are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be provided as well as childcare.
