The bylaws are what govern the PTA. It guides as to what our purpose it, sets our rules and guidelines, and describes the roles of the board members. These bylaws are updated every few years as times and things adjust. The last bylaws was voted by the PTA in 2016 and has now been updated and revised and needs to be approved by the membership in the Jan meeting. Take a look at the latest set of bylaws:
