School Picture Day is Thursday, September 26, 2019.

Individual and class photos will be taken during school hours. Order forms were sent home in your child(ren)’s folder. All orders must be sent in by Tuesday, September 24th – NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Check or Money Orders can be made out to Lifetouch.

Our Site Code is: OV389249Q0     – First element is a letter, end element is a number.

Lifetouch also accommodates online payments. If you pay online, the order form must detail what picture sets were ordered and be marked as having “Paid Online.”

For families with more than one child in our school, please note that a SEPARATE FORM WITH PAYMENT is required FOR EACH CHILD. Families with three or more students in the school will receive free packages for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. package that you purchase. (Purchase of the same package is required).

Please know that this is a fundraiser for the PTA to assist in providing your child(ren) with not only childhood memories, but other enriching programs and services as well. We thank you for your participation.
